IPVALUE MARKETPLACE is Grand Rapids' honest answer to discount furniture. Every sofa, dining set, bed frame, and accent piece in this department comes from truckload overstock, closeouts, and store-closing buys — which is why our overstock furniture prices in Michigan routinely land far below big-box retail for the same brand-new items. Nothing here is priced with a made-up "compare at" number: every piece is tagged NEW, OPEN BOX, or AS-IS and priced on its own merit, so what you see is what you actually save. Shop online and pick up free the same day at our Grand Rapids showroom at 88 54th St SW, Suite 103, or schedule local delivery on our Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday routes — free on qualifying orders within 10 miles. Want to furnish a rental or flip houses? Combine furniture finds with our liquidation pallets and Build Your Own Pallet program to load up a whole room at wholesale-style pricing. Inventory turns over every week as new loads arrive, so if a piece catches your eye, grab it or put a $50 hold on it — at these prices, furniture doesn't sit long.
